Wolf Spider

There are over 100 species of Wolf Spiders, and they are found in the United States and Canada. Unlike most spiders, Wolf Spiders don’t wait in a web for their prey, they use their fast running ability to catch their prey. The wolf spider is a large spider which can make them very intimidating to people, but these spiders are what is considered a nuisance pest. These spiders actively hunt during the night and usually stayed burrowed in the day. They are very quick on their feet and pursue their prey. Because of this, these spiders are commonly seen by people. Wolf Spiders may enter a home, but they are not inclined to want to live there.
